Our services are provided on a subscription basis. Codefyx's 14-day Customer Satisfaction period only applies to quarterly and annual subscriptions.
Under this policy, purchasing a Codefyx quarterly or annual subscription is eligible for a full refund if requested on or before 14 days from the initial sign-up date. This is not applicable for renewals or accounts that trial one or more of our Services.
Note: If you took advantage of the 14-day Customer Satisfaction period, Codefyx owns the rights to any work created during that time, and it may not be used for any purposes.
We guarantee specific delivery times based on your subscription tier. SLA breaches will result in service credits or refunds as outlined in your subscription agreement.
All code developed through our platform becomes your property upon completion and payment. We retain the right to use general methodologies and techniques for future projects.
All deliverables undergo comprehensive testing and quality assurance processes. We provide revisions and bug fixes as part of our standard service.
We implement enterprise-grade security measures to protect your code and data. All communications and file transfers are encrypted.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you retain all completed work and we will complete any active requests.
